Your 14-Day Right to Cancel

If you're a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods. To exercise this right, just tell us - sign in to your account and request a return on the order, or use the Model Cancellation Form below. Once you've told us, you then have a further 14days to send the goods back - we'll confirm the return address once your request is approved.

Our 30-Day Return Window

On top of your statutory 14-day right above, we accept change-of-mind returns for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. If your order total was £30 or under, we may refund you without asking for the item back at all, once your return request is confirmed.

Who Pays Return Postage

• Change of mind, wrong size/quantity ordered, or no longer needed: return postage is your responsibility.
• Faulty on arrival, damaged in transit, wrong item sent, missing items, or not as described: we cover return postage and refund it in full, including your original shipping charge.

30-Day Faulty Goods Right

Separately from the above, if an item is faulty, you have a short-term right to reject it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Sign in to your account and request a return on the order, describing the fault, and we'll arrange a refund or replacement, your choice. Manufacturing defects reported after 30 days may still be covered - see our Warranty Policy.

Condition Requirements

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all parts included. Items that have been used, installed, or altered can't be accepted as a change-of-mind return - this requirement doesn't apply to faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, which we'll accept in whatever condition they arrive in.

Refund Method & Timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. Once we've received your returned item (or confirmed a returnless refund), we'll process your refund within 14days. For change-of-mind returns, your original shipping charge isn't refunded; for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, it is.

Exclusions

None of our current products are exempt from the right to cancel above - we don't sell perishable, made-to-order/personalised, or hygiene-sealed goods. If that changes for a future product, we'll list the exemption on that product's page and here.
