This policy explains what personal information Peak Obsession("we", "us") collects through peakobsession.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

• Account information: the email address you use to sign in. We use passwordless sign-in, so we never collect or store a password.
• Order information: your name, shipping address, and order history, collected when you check out.
• Payment information: handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Preferences: a cookie that remembers your selected display currency.
• Advertising and analytics: if you accept our cookie banner, we use Meta Pixel, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Ads to understand which ads and pages lead to a purchase. These record events like adding an item to your cart or completing an order, along with identifiers from your browser (such as cookies and IP address). Meta may also match you to your Meta account using a one-way cryptographic hash of your email address or phone number (never the plain text) if you enter one on the Site. If you decline the cookie banner, none of this loads.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

• Process and fulfil your orders, and send order/shipping confirmation emails
• Let you sign in and view your order history
• Provide customer support, including returns and warranty claims
• Show prices in your preferred currency
• Meet our legal and accounting obligations

How We Share Information

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the Site, on a need-to-know basis:

• Stripe - to process payments and, where used, prefill your shipping details for future checkouts.
• Amazon Web Services (DynamoDB) - to store order and account records.
• Amazon Web Services (SES) - to send sign-in and order emails.
• Meta and Google - if you accept our cookie banner, to measure and improve our advertising (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Ads).

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Peak Obsession or others.

International Data Transfers

Our service providers may process and store data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where this involves transferring data out of the UK or EEA, we rely on those providers' standard contractual safeguards for international transfers.

Data Retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and account information for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account information at any time, subject to records we're required to keep.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
